As a developer, I need to have my CD pipeline to deploy my built application to totem v3 cluster.

Acceptance Criteria

The tagged build in ECR should get deployed to Amazon ECS cluster.
Ability to specify run-time options for my application: environment variables, run command, Service role (per branch level).
The architecture documentation should be updated to reflect the current state.
The application needs to be deployed using either blue-green fashion or rolling strategy.

Note:

At this step, the application need not be accessible.
Support for encrypted variables is not part of the current scope.
