As a developer, I need to be able to deploy multiple instances of my application to totem-v3 cluster

Acceptance Criteria

Ability to configure the number of nodes for my application per branch.
Ability to ensure that I have a single endpoint that load balances my request across multiple nodes.
The architecture documentation should be updated to reflect the current state.

Note

For design purpose, all logs should we pushed to cloudwatch logs.
