US8: Ability to specify cluster for my application deployment

As a developer, I need to be able to specify the totem cluster where my application needs to be deployed to so that I can use the same orchestrator to deploy to production / not-production clusters

Acceptance Criteria

• Ability to control the deployment cluster per branch.
• The architecture documentation should be updated to reflect the current state.

Note

• Deploying branch to multiple clusters is currently out of scope for this story. (Support can be added in future if need be).
