Hi,
How these [recipes-core/initramfs-framework/initramfs-framework_1.0.bbappend] are picked up for torizon-core where is not aligned with core layers of poky/ openembedded-core where did they got mapped? ill want to make separate small chucks of this file so as initramfs gets offloaded and optional features instead of being in same single file.
Your inputs are as encouraged and appreciated.
Regards,
Phanirajkiran

@phanirajkiran The bbappend you are referring to is appending to the recipe openembedded-core/meta/recipes-core/initrdscripts/initramfs-framework_1.0.bb, that is, it does come from openembedded-core.
Apart from that, I don't think I understand your question.
Notice that in our append file, pretty much all features are optional and controlled by some override so they do not bloat the ramdisk when they are not in use.
