Feature Request - support links to pages and sections

Could you add a support for markdown links to pages and sections?
So that the examples below would work like in the browser?

[PDF file](./xyz.pdf#[destination name])
[PDF file](./xyz.pdf#page=[page number])

A lot of people uses vs code to manage their .md notes, this featue would be a great contribution to the community and would outcompete any other pdf viewing extension
