dev tools cause white stripe at the bottom of the screen in firefox

It seems that divs inside dev tools have initial height of 17px. This issue is not present in chrome

Adding overflow: hidden to #__tolgee_dev_tools fixes the problem as a workaround but it wolud be better to fix the actual cause:)
