Theme-switching not Working with Prefix Styles with Theme Name

Describe the bug
Previously you were able to have multi-dimensional theme-switching with the Prefix styles with active theme name option enabled but this currently does not work. This seems to have been introduced after the recent releases.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Tokens are locally available
2. Select appropriate themes
3. Export tokens with Prefix styles with active theme name
4. See error

Expected behavior
Users should just be able to switch all themes as the intended purpose of a mulit-dimensional setup.
