The initial codebase has uploaded. It's inspired by https://github.com/maddinek/tofuenv-nix; Thanks @maddinek.
We didn't check the installation to the real system and the goal of this ticket to do it.

btw. @maddinek maybe you want to be a maintainer of Nix installers for tenv/tofuenv. WDYT?
