TODO end-of-year Review and Strategic Cohorts Recommendations

The 2024 TODO end-of-year review article has been published by our TODO SC Committee Members. This article shares the progress made in 2024 on the defined strategic goals and a recommendation of strategic cohorts to be driven in TODO during 2025 including:

• Develop shared goals with peer groups and communities like OpenSSF, OpenChain, and LF AI & Data
• Establish a Touchpoint Committee
• Build an open source management cross-skilling list to identify mentors & influencers
• Optimize how TODO recognizes its active contributors and ambassadors

If you are part of the community, there are two ways for members / community / associates to give input

• Community and Engagement Survey: TODO is accepting responses for our yearly Community Satisfaction and Engagement Survey until December 21st. We would love to hear your feedback and identify areas of interest where you’d like to participate.
