Create TODO Group EU Chapter Logo #4

Maybe it would be a good idea to have an official logo that can be used to represent the members of the EU TODO Chapter (so all the activities from the TODO Group EU members can be easily addressed to EU OSPO related resources when interacting with other communities and initiatives)

My idea is to use the current TODO Logo and add a "Europe" or "EU Chapter" right bellow
