Style sheet link does not get applied on the PDF

Is there any way that we can reference style sheet like bootstrap for the styling.

• Tried complete web page as string to convert to pdf
• Tried Template sources, used cshtml file as file source.
• Saved html as webpage and used path to convert

non of above fetch and apply the style from bootstrap. when converting to PDF
