(Hotseat game)
Phase 3. A major company started with a 1G (inherited from a coal minor). It ran the 1G and then bought two more trains to get to train limit. At this point, it should have been able to scrap its 1G to buy another train, provided it has the cash (which it did), but it wasn't given the option.
In the next round, it was given the option to scrap the 1G.
