Hi Tom,

Would it make sense to include this as an available data transformation in StatsBase.jl? Right now, they just have z-score and unit range transformations.

Great question. I don't mind moving it but I don't know if StatsBase is the best destination.

@nalimilan what do you think? While we're on this topic, I also have a similar repo that does Yeo Johnson transformation (https://github.com/tk3369/YeoJohnsonTrans.jl) for which MLJ team wants to bring over.
