Problem

We don't have a consistent way of measuring and manage code coverage and other code health statistics.

Solution

We should see look into enabling code climate (or a similar tool) to better manage code coverage & health. This may have to be a repo-by-repo effort, but filing it in the community for now to establish the best practices and cascade.

Alternatives

Implement separately in each repository.
