Describe the bug
When using the latest Docker Container, released -1.35.4-ci.16 - 14/10/2024 - The task fails as OpenTelemetry cannot be configured due to the error shown in the screenshot attached. In turn the task is failed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use latest version of docker container
  2. Run task

Expected behavior
OpenTelemetry successfully configured, pipeline does not fail
