Windows asks what program will I want to use to open this program after loguin confirmation?

after pressing login and entering the facebook credentials windows pops up an annoying

cant figure out why this be, but I am really noob not to say the least

I hope asking this here is a good idea, apologies if it is not :'(

thanks a lot. Been trying to use the app to see if I can workaround the issue of a conversation not been shown though notifications of new messages push trhough fine
