Rollup UMD format overwrites global MobileDragDrop variable #118

Manifests if importing the polyfill and the scroll behavior file with script tags.

The scroll behavior script will overwrite the previously defined global MobileDragDrop of the polyfill. A subsequent call to MobileDragDrop.polyfill() will fail.

Option on rollup available to extend an eventually existing global, grunt plugin has to catch up:
chrisprice/grunt-rollup#31
