kewen's veer paper and vivek's bad learner paper lists a bunch of SS-* files. have we got them in /data?

@andre-motta - happy to hear we have nearly 50 data sets.

can you organize them into directories? write notes on each (so people can add them to their papers)-- kinda like https://github.com/burn/tests4mop?

and where should we put the results? here? under /data? or?
