I think the testing is adequate and the API is stable enough that we can do a 1.0 release. There are a few things that need to happen; other contributors feel free to add to this list:

  1. Survey all the TODOs and see if they need to be done, removed, or left there
  2. Clean up the commentary generally - grammar, usage, and outdated comments that aren't in sync with the code
  3. Have a close look at CONTRIBUTING.md and especially the issue prefixes, which we haven't been using consistently.
  4. Also look at all the other .md's to make sure they are reasonably complete and consistent with the current state of the code.
  5. Import at least one of the big unit tests from event-ruler to add a little to our confidence.
