Define License and copyright

Hello,

I work on a tool based on fitnesse and this ldap-authenticator plugin is a good start to implement the login process.
So I would like to use it, modify it and redistribute it with my application but I can’t find neither Copyrights nor Licence.

Could you consider adding your copyright in the file header and adding an open license such as Apache V2?
