We can use netlify, vercel, etc. and have a test domain like timjs.netlify.com or how their links work.

I don't have a strong opinion about this, but we should have a deploy pipeline as quickly as possible, where we can preview the progress.

Leaving this open to setup a development deploy to something like next.timjs.ro
