[Feature request] Asking for support for pymobiledevice3

I cannot use usbmuxd2 with pymobiledevice3, the issue I sent to the pymobiledevice3 is at here:
doronz88/pymobiledevice3#1147
As mentiond by doronz88 in the issue, it seems that usbmuxd2 is lacking the Connect protocol message.
Have we ever planed to add this feature?
I'm not familiar with c++, so it'll take much time for me to add this support...
Is it a feature need much time and energy to work on? Or it's simply ignored or missed by usbmuxd2?
