Steps to reproduce

1. Install 9.0 beta 2
2. Goto accounts list then, at least in my case (with a single account), the account ion is displayed twice (see screenshot)

Expected behavior

Account is displayed only one time

This is somewhat on purpose, when you have multiple accounts you'll be able to select the active account in the bottom part, and the currently selected account is at the top. This is of course a bit weird if there is only one account. I think the original plans were that if there is one account, we wouldn't actually need the accounts sidebar. Confirming to find a solution.
