Using a WP Plugin Geo Mashup, we customized the map to pull Georss data from multiple feeds. Using Google Geoxml, it overlays geodata from the different nodes on top of the existing global map. This part is working fine.
We are trying to solve how to replace the default markers within the overlayed map. It should pull the different node icons and replace the default blue pin that appears. Either by removing and replacing the default marker after the map has loaded or to include information in the feeds so the map loads the correct marker automatically.
Research says that Google Geoxml doesn't support this feature and we've been trying to figure out a way to maybe use third party map overlay EGeoxml instead of GGeoxml.
