can not use shortcut key to synchronize individual file

1. I have set a shortcut key to "sync-rsync.syncUpContext" ,like cammand+u
2. I edit a file A.cpp
3. use shortcut cammand+u
4. tips “Running the contributed command: 'sync-rsync.syncUpContext' failed.”

when I find the A.cpp in workspace , right click it
find the Sync Local To Remote click it (or just use shortcut key cammand+u)
it work and rsync only A.cpp what I expect
