Gourmet is arguably is one of the best Linux recipe managers, and starting with the Purism Librem 5,, there are many Linux phones that continue to come to the market.

It would be great to port the existing Linux code to be compatible with the features that this requires:

  • screen sizing optimization (UI/UX)
  • touch optimization
  • processor optimization (most are ARM-based, but will eventually use more open instruction sets)

Would also pay for a Google Play Store version (allowing linked db to Linux install).

I would also like this to work better on the Librem Phone - the search and the about screen, and the settings screen can be a bit messed due to the screen size. This may be useful, where I describe some adjustments I had to make:

f-driod.org (in Google Play, a doubt it will be a person to try to make it accepted there...)

in the core of the problem: there's is no ARM build for it (issue related, trying tu run in a Raspberry Pi 4: #1023 )
