We encounter the following error: encoding/hex: invalid byte: U+002E '.' when attempting to un-stake Theta coins or swap Lavita coins to TFUEL. This issue persists even with Blind Signing enabled on the Ethereum app of our Ledger device

Could you please assist us in identifying the cause of this issue and guide to resolve it?
