Node profiles - updating categories for 2016 structure

Hi all,

The categories of nodes (available when creating a node profile) are currently out-of-date. These need to be updated to identify either:
-Pioneer node
-Learning node
-Community node
-Story node

At present there is still the legacy titles (available to select in a dropdown list)
-Country
-City/Region
-Communications

Please may this be included in your next sprint?
