Dead links in default starter project

Before proceeding, make sure there isn’t an existing issue for this bug.

• I have searched the existing issues and determined this is a new bug.

Expected Behavior

There are links in the essay.md file that when you click should take you to other sections of the catalogue.

Once Evans returned from this trip south, during which he and Agee documented the lives of the Burroughs, Fields, and Tengle families in Alabama (see [*Bud Fields with His Wife*](/catalogue/3/) and [*Burrough's Family*](/catalogue/4/)), he spent September and October printing his pictures and preparing presentations for both *Fortune* and Stryker.

Actual Behavior

Those are dead links because those sections (3 and 4) of the catalogue don't exist.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Preview a starter project
2. Click the links

3. Notice they don't take you anywhere
