General fixes to address issues raised by all testers:
- greatly simplied objectives:
- removed initial 'meet jacobs outside the inn' objective
- no objective dependencies, they trigger on readables instead to account for different player paths
- reworked the readables
- added location zones to use with ambients and removed speakers
- added ambient sound to most zones
- added torch and sign to front of inn
- brushed over flagstones in the streets
- different textures for street and sidewalks
- tidied up portals and geometry inside mansion near front door
- added plaques to the flats and Twistleton's house
- moved Thomas' journal out of footlocker to his endtable
- left Thomas' door and footlocker unlocked
- added candle in T's attic
- put hint about attic in Ingleby Sr's journal
- fixed mis-matched texture on inn corridor ceiling
- make T's safe pickable and remove safe key
- remove storage room key and move trapdoor key to Hales' footlocker
- make pub AIs friendly (except for Williams)
- filled in darkmod.txt and readme.txt
- fully monsterclipped all stairs in inn and Highclere house flats
