Command for updating dependency version #85

Provide a command that:

UpdateDependency 'DependentProjectName

That will:

  1. Create a temp branch
  2. Modify the Acre.config file by bumping up the version number of the dependent project,
  3. Merge back to master
  4. Delete temp branch

The command should just update to latest version of dependent project.
