Topic , Camp must be inactive after 24 hrs or any timeline if there is no statement or activity.

If user create any topic/ camp and there is no activity by user for next 24 hrs like there is no statement, forum, news etc updated . It should be automatically inactive after 24 or 48h Hours .

Different views of topic / camp must be following :

1. Topic/camp url must open but shows as inactive and user cant do any activity in that except the owner of that.
2. Dont show such topic / camp in search and in list anywhere.
