Profile Setting page - Tooltip UI issue on side bar menu #1698

Steps:
Logged in and navigate to Profile Setting page
Hover mouse on any of the side bar menu options, you can see "Profile Setting" Tooltip
Now move your mouse cursor towards nicknames section line and observe
Issue - You can see Tooltip also moving even in "Nickname" section across the line
As shown in attached screenshot:
