No idea. You may want to register and post your question directly on winraid forum (https://winraid.level1techs.com/t/intel-alderlake-rocketlake-avx-512-enable-disable/38079) to see if there is any Gigabyte z790 user. If it's gigabyte with Q-flash, don't hesitate to try it out, as technically you can always "unbrick" your motherboard if things go wrong.
