QUEUE DOESN'T SHUFFLE

For years I was able to add 400+ songs to my YTM queue and then be able to shuffle them (visually seeing the songs shuffle and reorder differently every time I hit the shuffle button) but now when I hit the shuffle button it doesn't work? The songs play in the order of the list, is there any way to bring this feature back in the desktop version since it's doing the same thing? Thanks!
