Failed! Asking for help

Hi man, really nice work with wazzap!
Appears in my app "login failed", and I "verify account" and notice that i need to delete and registration again.
Whats happens ?
And if I registrate with the same number and name again my conversations will stay ok ? that is only what i really need, my cv and contacts.
