OK on Linux and Mac?

Dirty fix: list broken linked dependencies explicitly.
Better fix: find one htmltools is not being installed when installing htmlwidgets.

Also happen with yaml package on Elisabeth machine.

Elisabeth run on same issue when installing with RDataTracker with devtools.

Issue may come from: r-lib/devtools#1298
