Support CRUD and querying on named stores.
If no name is specified, use a default store.

AllegroGraph refers to them as "repositories":
A "catalog" is a list of repositories owned by an AllegroGraph server.
A "repository" is a collection of triples within a Catalog, stored and indexed on a hard disk.
