Network Logging Issue

I added NETWORK LOGGING in my app but I don't see any Network logs here are my queries

1. Where can I see Network Logs.
2. We are on basic plan does that support NETWORK LOGGING, or is there any restrictions for it.
3. Is Network logging tied to Session.

I do have one more query :
I also added remote logging, I wanna see all TestFair.logs in test fairy is that possible .
please help me I stuck, I don't see enough info anywhere in the documentation.
