[PR-Issue] Can't recognize the typespec keyword in PR name.

• What is your query?
  I'm having this PR: Support Typespec file for Easm api version 2023-03-01-preview by thang-bit · Pull Request #24937 · Azure/azure-rest-api-specs (github.com) fails to meet auto merging requirements because of Swagger LintDiff test failed. The LintDiff test is asking all operation Id to be in the form of NounVerb. However, the default behavior of typespec file would generate the opeartion Id like Assets_updateAssets.
  Is it possible to bypass this Lintdiff test?
