nomnom deprecated

On install of t2-cli I get this message:

npm WARN deprecated [email protected]: Package no longer supported. Contact [email protected] for more info.

It installs anyway, but seems like we should update.

ah, I thought I remembered a discussion about this, but couldn't find the issue.

On further search, found #356, which was eventually closed in favor of #722

Alternately, it looks like there are non-deprecated nomnom forks we might use? E.g. https://www.npmjs.com/package/@gerhobbelt/nomnom (see deprecation notice)

Is there any workaround for this issue? Something like forcing a previous version to be installed?

Also, for apidoc, it seems like they could replace the functionality of nomnom with commander.js, as discussed here.
