AWS launched support for Aurora based on MySQL 5.7, aka Aurora MySQL 2.
This uses the engine name
aurora-mysqlinstead of justaurora.https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/AuroraMySQL.Updates.20180206.html
