Navigating backwards from parent to child workflow does not work

Describe the bug
Navigating backwards using the browser button or mouse button does not work when having just clicked one of the hyperlinks in the workflow detail page header.

To Reproduce

1. Go to a child workflow
2. Navigate to the parent workflow via the hyperlink on the top of the page.
3. Notice that the browser goes to the parent workflow, but it seems to navigate 3 times.
   a. It navigates to /{workflow-id}
   b. It navigates to /{workflow-id}/history
   c. It navigates to /{workflow-id}/history/compact?sort=descending
4. Try to navigate backwards to the child workflow and notice it does not work.

Expected behavior
I expect it to navigate back to the child workflow.
