What's new about what you're making? What do people resort to because it doesn't exist yet (or they don't know about it)? / It's a simple onboarding process, the data is tracked, and it (maybe) populates to GitHub for transparency purposes
Have you talked to people about what you're making? Do people want it and do you have examples of this? / We actually haven't. We feel that we're experts and can make design decisions in a bubble. That's a good point, however, that we would do well to interview past Nest grant applicants to understand if/how the process could have been improved for them.

What is the target market or end user in mind for this project? / Teams who want to build on Aragon.

Do you think this project will require additional funds from Aragon once you have depleted the grant funds? / Yes. Performance based incentive structures are key.

Are you applying for funding to any other DAO platforms of grant programs? / No, but that I should. So far I've gotten positive responses from every grants program or team I've applied to in the past. I've been so obsessed with Aragon lately that I haven't spent much time looking at other options. That might be good to do, however, to make sure that Aragon is offering competitive rates for contributors and team members.
How long do you plan on working on this project before shipping? / Product Market Fit
We'll know it when we see it, but this can also be measured by retention and churn numbers. Once we have 40% or greater retention then we can scale.

Growth
Once we have product market fit we can invest in growth. This will include, but not be limited to, marketing, new feature development, and business development deals.

Product Market Fit
As we grow, we will enter new markets and acquire new users. These will not be the same as the early adopters we encountered in our initial market. It is essential that we continuously maintain strong relationships with users and customers to ensure that we are building things people want.

How will this project get users? / We give them free money, so there's that. We also plan to market the program to attract talent. The more talent we have in the Aragon community the more appealing it will be for developers.
