Why the naming so confusing? (Vulcan? Telescope? Nova?)

Github -> this Github telescope repo, and Readme doesn't match with telescopeapp.org (at least at first glance)
Bottom FAQ -> use "Nova"

Root of error is Github's url is case insensitive.
