Is your feature request related to a problem?

I can't use Telegram Desktop in order to find out the language wherein a message was written.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the translation box to show the language that was detected as it does in Telegram for Android.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've used Google Translate and Telegram in my phone instead.
