In order to align with good practices (see https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6648) the following would be changed:

X-Total-Count -> Fiware-Total-Count
X-Ngsiv2-AttrsFormat -> Ngsiv2-AttrsFormat

Also change in NGSIv2 spec .apib.
