Feature request

For now, Pipeline Controller relies onretriesStatus to determine the termination status of Custom Task.

The dependency has been removed for v1beta1.CustomRun in #5844

We need to remove the dependency after deprecating v1alpha1.Run. But this is not a blocker for the TEP-0121 implementation.
