TMMT should be able to warn the user if its database cluster is outside the range of postgre postgis supported version.
Last known issue : teksi/wastewater#530 A user has 59 databases on an unsupported version of postgres / postgis.
For TEKSI we recommand to follow the roadmap (https://github.com/teksi/Home/wiki/TEKSI-modules-releases-and-roadmap) and upgrade postgres postgis versions in a frequent way to avoid a high technological gap which can lead to complicated upgrade procedures.
