Consider a webapp interface

I think it would be possible for a webapp to collect the required information, put it in a compatible yaml file, run copier against this file and then allow downloading the resulting folder.

This would be nice as it would let users use bibat without using the command line and allow for a richer explanation of all the choices, for example with pictures.
